What do you love about networking? Most especially with like-minded women?
Hi, I’m Anna – also known as Admin Anna, and I’m excited to be leading the Morrinsville group. I’m a small business owner, passionate about empowering women in both their personal and professional journeys. With a background in banking and payroll, I’ve experienced first hand the value of community and connection. I love creating spaces where women feel seen, heard, and supported.

After taking the leap to leave my job and go out on my own, I was looking for genuine connection and community.
SIU stood out as a space where women support women without judgment, competition, or pressure.
I wanted to surround myself with like-minded individuals who understood the highs and lows of doing life and business boldly – and that’s exactly what SIU offers.
Creating a safe space begins with setting a tone of trust, respect, and confidentiality from day one.
I aim to lead with empathy and openness, encouraging others to share without fear of judgment.
I’ll actively promote inclusivity by making sure every voice is welcomed and valued, and I’ll always be available to listen and support anyone who needs it.

I love how networking can turn strangers into sisters. With like-minded women, there’s an unspoken understanding, we get each other. I couldn't do what I do without the support of the community I have created through SIU.
My hope is to build a warm, welcoming hub where women from all walks of life feel they belong. Whether they’re here to grow their business, gain confidence, or simply find their people, I want this group to always be an open, judgement free place to support and help them along their journey.
