Hello! I’m Britt.By day I’m an operations and compliance officer, helping businesses map out clear, efficient processes so everything runs smoothly and successfully.
I work mostly with financial advice companies, making sure they’re set up to grow while staying compliant.
Before that, I was a marketing and event manager in hospitality, and that’s where my love for events began.
I started Eventi because I wanted to create a space where event service businesses around New Zealand could be supported and discovered by Kiwis planning something special.
Eventi isn’t just another directory. It’s about celebrating local businesses and helping them stand out. It’s my passion and soon to be my full-time job. I love meeting great people, building relationships and watching them succeed, that’s what Eventi is all about.

I wanted to find people who would support me at every stage of my business as well as be able to be in a position to support and learn from them.
SIU has given me my own personal support crew and I adore being able to share, learn and grow from these awesome women!
I’d make a point of reaching out to our members, both publicly and personally, so they feel seen and heard. In the time we have together, I’d give them space to share what’s on their minds.
I believe listening is one of the most important things a leader can do. I aim to be a good leader by being a good listener, sharing my perspective only when it’s helpful, and creating a safe, supportive space for our team.
The warmth and sisterhood that grows from group meetings is palpable. Long lasting friendships have already been formed and we're only a year in! Obviously, the business connections and support are wonderful too.
