What made you want to be apart of SIU?
How will you ensure that the networking group remains a safe and inclusive space for women to discuss and seek support for personal or business challenges they may face?
What do you love about networking? Most especially with like-minded women?
Kelly Kingston, Director of SME Studio and Co-founder of Unleashed Academy, a strategic business partner for women in SME. After 14 years of running her own business, she knows firsthand the highs and lows of building something from the ground up and brings that lived experience into everything she does.
With a degree in business psychology she brings a rare mix of commercial insight, grounded leadership, and a deep care for the women she works with.
Her purpose is in helping women in business feel less alone, more resourced, and deeply connected to both their vision and to each other.

I will be kind always, model self compassion, be bold in the way I facilitate to ensure everyone feels seen and heard and gets the most out of every interaction with me and with eachother.
My hope is to create spaces where women feel supported, where they leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more confident in themselves and their path forward.
I want each group I lead to be a place of genuine connection, where women walk away not just with strategies for business, but with fresh perspectives, and a reminder that they don’t have to do this alone.
Networking for me isn’t just exchanging business cards, it’s exchanging energy. I love the spark that happens when one woman shares her story and another says or feels, “me too”, it’s in that moment of connection that real collaboration and growth are born. I think the biggest gift of networking is that we feel less alone in our business journey
