She Is Unleashed
Team Sessions
Facilitated team-development experiences designed to create meaningful change within businesses and teams. Psychology-led, practical, and built around the people you already have.
What a Team Session is
Not training. An experience your team actually carries back into the work.
Team Sessions are facilitated, in-person experiences for business owners, managers and leadership teams. Each session is tailored to your team, your culture and your goals before it is delivered, and each one is designed to change something real in how your people show up together.
- Tailored to your team before the day, never off the shelf.
- Interactive and honest, delivered in the room with your people.
- Followed up with individual profiles and leader guidance.

The first Team Session
The Momentum Session
A 2 hour experience that changes how your team sees themselves, each other, and the work they do together.
Enquire About The Momentum SessionMore than a team building session
Psychology tells us that self awareness is the foundation of every other capability - how we communicate, how we handle pressure, how we relate to the people around us. That is where real performance lives.
Here is what your team receives from first contact to long after the Momentum Session.
Before
A 60 minute call with you so we can tailor the session to your specific team, culture, and goals. We want to deliver personalised sessions that meet your team where they are at.
The Session
A 90 minute Momentum Session delivered in person with your team, including travel. Interactive, honest and engaging.
After
A follow up email with session observations, a personal profile for each team member, and individual guidance for your leaders to carry this work into their regular team meetings.

Shapes Personality Profiling
Delivered interactively in the room, each person discovers their own personality profile and begins to understand why they think, communicate, and respond the way they do.
Individual profile discovery leads into team sharing and open discussion.
People begin to see why they are the way they are and how to leverage their unique talents as part of a team.
Love Languages for Teams
Most people know love languages personally. This brings the concept into the workplace.
How do people in your team prefer to receive appreciation, recognition, and support?
What does each person actually need from leadership and from each other, that nobody has ever thought to ask?
- Each person identifies their workplace language.
- The team discusses what this means in practice.
- Clear, immediate actions emerge for improving connection and communication from that day forward.

Outcome
Team members leave with a deeper understanding of themselves and a stronger awareness of what the people around them need to feel seen, supported, and valued.

The Map Is Not the Territory
Your version of reality is not reality itself. It is shaped by your experiences, filters, and assumptions. So is everyone else’s.
Drawn from NLP and cognitive psychology, this framework helps teams understand why conflict is often less about facts and more about perspective.
The same situation, experienced completely differently.
Teams learn to identify assumptions and filters that create unnecessary friction, and develop a new approach to disagreement and communication.
Above the Line / Below the Line
One of the most practical mindset tools for any team environment.
Below the line is blame, excuses, and denial.
Above the line is ownership, accountability, and responsibility.
Most of us move between both, often without realising it.
This session creates honest self reflection around where each person currently operates.
The team learns to recognise below the line thinking in real time, and builds a shared language and agreement for how they want to show up.
Above the Line
- Ownership
- Accountability
- Responsibility
Below the Line
- Blame
- Excuses
- Denial
Outcome
Team members begin seeing each other through a completely different lens, while taking greater ownership of how they contribute to the culture and performance of the team.

Sales as Service
Whether someone sells directly or not, everyone is in the business of influence, communication, and connection.
This session reframes sales as service.
When you deeply understand what someone needs and help them get there, that is the sale.
Using the self-awareness from Anchor and Align, the team learns how knowing yourself more deeply strengthens both internal communication and client relationships.
- Understanding how personality shows up in client conversations.
- Learning to listen for what people truly need.
- Building confidence in recommendation conversations.
Goals as Momentum
Most performance frameworks focus on the target. This one focuses on the person.
There is a well-established gap in workplace motivation research between extrinsic goals, the numbers, targets, and KPIs set by an organisation, and intrinsic motivation, the personal meaning, values, and identity that make someone genuinely want to perform.
Most businesses invest heavily in the first and almost nothing in the second.
The result is a team that knows what they are supposed to hit but has no real felt connection to why it matters.
Self-Determination Theory, one of the most robust frameworks in motivation psychology, tells us that people perform at their best when a goal feels autonomous, meaningful, and connected to something beyond themselves.
A KPI handed down from above rarely meets any of those criteria by default.
This exercise closes that gap.
Each team member takes their top KPI and works through a structured process that connects the number to their values, their identity, and the people who benefit when they deliver.
They leave with a sentence that reframes the goal as an expression of who they are, not a measure imposed on them.
When someone internalises a goal at that level, their relationship to the work changes.
They stop waiting for external accountability to kick in, especially when it is embedded in the culture and read regularly, such as written on the top of their deskpad note or on their Trello boards for instance.
For you as the business owner, this means a team that is pulling toward the same outcomes you are, and doing it because they want to.
Daily Planning Ritual - The HIHI Method
Your team members are talented.
They are also, like most people, spending a significant portion of their day on tasks that feel productive but don’t move the needle.
The HIHI Method gives your team a daily discipline for identifying the three tasks that will create the most value, for the business and for their own growth.
The shift this creates is cultural as much as practical.
When people start thinking about their role through the lens of income and impact, they begin to operate with the mindset of someone invested in the outcome, not just completing a job description.
They make better decisions about where to spend their time and bring more intention to their work.
A team running HIHIs every day is a team that compounds wins.
Small, consistent, high-value actions add up fast.
This is one of the simplest things you can install in a team.
It is also one of the most powerful.
HIHI
High Income. High Impact.
Done before the day takes over.
